No Class 2/20

Come join us on an epic adventure! Elementary students K-4 will be led to a different far

away land every class, such as Under the Sea and Outer Space, from the safety of their

yoga mats. The hour-long flow is structured with storytelling exercise, breath

work, meditation, positive affirmations, group crafts/ activities, and reflective worksheets.

Students should wear stretchy exercise clothes and bring a yoga mat. If they need a yoga

mat, they will be available for $10.00 payable to the instructor.  You will be responsible for

your child’s pick up – NO SCHOOL BUSES will be provided.
